A native of Thailand, Noi moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 1996 with little to no English. Through baking and cooking, she found a way to connect with others and build community. Growing up in Thailand, cakes, cupcakes, and were not as widely available as they are today, which sparked Noi's curiosity and creativity in the kitchen.

Completely self-taught, Noi developed her baking skills through years of experimentation, long hours and countless attempts. There are no inherited family recipes-each creation is the result of trial and error, patience, and passion. She feel in love with the magic of mixing, beating, and blending, discovering that baking the truly a labor of love.
