Everyone has dreams, but I actually didn’t dream of becoming a baker or cake decorator; like I always say, “I am not a baker, I just like to bake!”
It all began years back with an idea to create sweet treats for friends and family. I started creating and decorating all kinds of cakes, cupcakes, and sweet treats for pleasure or as requested. That’s how I, Noi, discovered the magic of baking, and the mixing, beating, and the blending of a delicious dessert in all its wonderful, varied aspects. It is simply amazing to see something so messy – like butter, sugar, flour, and vanilla spilled out on a table – become something so wonderful.
Baking is like magic. When you bake, you create something that carries out the scent of sweet happiness to everyone. The joy of hearing “Something smells good!” makes the challenge worth it, and somehow the powerful results still seem unexpected.
I always receive the question, “What makes your cakes so good?” The only thing I can tell you is that I love what I am doing and I do what I love. I believe when your heart is into what you are doing, it shows.
With years of experience and self-taught techniques, my deep passion about decorating is more than just baking a cake and applying the icing; my entire imagination knows no boundaries when it comes to decorating, and, no matter whether its cakes or cookies, the possibilities are endless.
I love the adventure of taking your ideas, blending them with my own, and working them into an irresistible feast for the eyes and the palate. The hours of work and days of preparation are countless, but the joy and smile of the person who receive it is more than words can describe.
From cakes, to cupcakes, and to cake bites, each and every piece is made with care to complete a special occasion of your own!
